Yay, a very tasty result using frozen homemade chicken stock plus some Tom Yum paste and some chilli oil. Chicken, prawns, vegetables, fat Udons, & Ramen eggs made up the main ingredients. A side dish of Korean bbq beef Gyozas added to the experience – comfort food!

With a quick trek across the Channel into Europe we reached our new EU branch for some trading & replenishing stocks.
